• Dilution Ratio: Use at a 3:1 dilution (3 parts water to 1 part product).

• For Enhanced Cleansing: For the best result, mix CRISTAL CLEAN SHAMPOO with an equal amount of PURIFYING SHAMPOO before dilution.

• Frothing Technique: We highly recommend using the frothing technique for even application. When frothing, use the following guidelines:

  • Small pet with short coat – 0.5 tsp

  • Small pet with long coat – 1 tsp

  • Medium pet with short coat – 1 tsp

  • Medium pet with long coat – 2 tsp

  • Large pet with short coat – 1 tbsp

  • Large pet with long coat – 2 tbsp

  • Average size Horses – 3-4 tbsp

Important Usage Notes:

• Conditioning is Key: Always follow up with a conditioner to replenish moisture and seal the cuticle.

• Processing Time: Allow both the shampoo and conditioner to sit on the coat for 5 minutes for optimal results.

• Initial Use: It may take 3-4 baths for the products to fully hydrate the coat, after which you may find you need to use less product.
